How the tools handle your information
What happens when I download a plan or report?
The tool creates a file on your device. It includes the current entries, assumptions and any sample-record labels. Downloading does not send a request or schedule a pilot. Keep the file if you need the work after closing the tab.
Can I upload site photos or connect our inspection system?
This website does not accept uploads or connect to client systems. Its diagrams and source changes are sample scenarios. The rollout requirements cover real capture processing, integrations and field use.
Does the assistant send my edits to an AI service?
No. The assistant here uses preset answers and the sample records. Your draft edits are not sent to an AI service.
Does the website use analytics or save my entries?
The site includes no advertising or analytics scripts and does not write entered information to browser storage. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process ordinary request information to deliver it. Use non-confidential information in these public tools.
What needs to be agreed before using client information?
A site rollout needs agreed hosting, access, retention, integrations, export arrangements, recovery and support. Define those with the client before importing inspection records or connecting a live assistant.
